Zirconia Fused Alumina
Zirconia Alumina is produced by fusing rich aluminum, zirconium materials and additives in electric arc furnaces, smelting with high temperature above 2250℃, cooling down with special technology, and compacting with Barmac process, which has the characteristics of tenacious texture, dense sturcture and high strength. According to the content of ZrO2, generally have low zircon corundum (10%~15% ZrO2), medium zircon corundum (ZrO2 25%) and high zircon corundum (ZrO2 40%).
Usage:
It is widely used in steel industry such as continuous casting and rolling, nozzle, flow channel and glass kiln as well.
Zirconium corundum as an advanced abrasive can be manufactured on heavy-duty wheel with high performance, good grinding effect of steel, cast iron and various alloy materials; in addition, zirconia corundum is a kind of high-grade refractory materials, is an ideal material for sliding nozzle and immersion nozzle the design of high performance, can also be used for making glass furnace zirconia corundum brick.
